What is Ovulation Induction,IUI, IVF & ICSI?
OVI (Ovulation induction) – This involves the use of medication to stimulate development of one or more mature follicles (where eggs develop) in the ovaries of women who have anovulation and infertility.
IUI (Intra Uterine Insemination)– Procedure to separate fast-moving sperm from more sluggish or non-moving sperm and placing them inside a woman’s uterus to facilitate fertilization. This way the number of sperms that reach the fallopian tubes is increased, subsequently enhancing the chances of pregnancy.
IVF (Invitro Fertilization) & ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection)– IVF, commonly known as Test Tube Baby is an effective treatment for infertility. ICSI is literally “injecting sperm into egg“ & is highly beneficial in many cases of Male Infertility
